The Ticket office is open 2 hours prior to and ½ hour after the start of the performance on weekdays. It is open 1 ½ hours prior to and ½ hour after the start of the performance at weekends.
The Ticket office is open in Theatre Manzoni 1 hours prior to and ½ hour after the start of the concert

The full price of both tickets and subscriptions for cancelled performances is refunded (net of any mail charges) provided an identity card is shown and applications for refunds are made within 5 days from the date of the cancelled performance. A maximum seat purchase per person can be established for each performance. In the event of loss of collected tickets, admission to the theatre is not allowed. Tickets issued in error can be cancelled on the day of their purchase only

Facilities for the disabled are available upon prior request to the Ticket Office.

INFORMATION FOR SUBSCRIBERS

Subscribers unable to attend performances object of their subscriptions cannot use their tickets on another date.

Season subscriptions cannot be refunded (not even partially) once the season has begun.

The Ticket Office cannot issue copies of subscription cards. In the event of theft or loss, admission to the Theatre is allowed only upon evidence given to the Ticket Office of a formal notification of theft or loss to the competent authority.

Advance Sale at the Ticket Office

(for any unsold tickets)

All ticket types can be bought in advance one month prior to the Opera performances.

Tickets for the SYMPHONIC SEASON can be bought in advance one week prior to the concert.

Balcony's Ticket

Balcony Tickets can be purchased 2 hours (weekdays) and 1 ½ hours (Sundays) prior to the start of the performance.

Maximum 2 tickets for a person.

"Under 30 "

Patrons under 30 ("Under 30") enjoy a reduction on tickets for all performances included "Prima".Patrons are asked to show an identity card upon purchase of subscriptions or individual tickets in order to be entitled to the reduction. Patrons’ identity might also be checked upon admission to the Theatre.

"Over 65"

Patrons over 65  ("Over 65") enjoy a reduction on tickets for all performances classified as «Evening C », «Matinée» and «Non-Subscription Performances». Patrons are asked to show an identity card upon purchase of subscriptions or individual tickets in order to be entitled to the reduction. Patrons’ identity might also be checked upon admission to the Theatre.

Special Agreements with Business Clubs

A number of tickets are reserved to Business Clubs for performances classified as «Evening C », «Matinée» and «Non-Subscription Performances» of the Opera Season. For further information, please refer to the Ticket Office.

Any unsold tickets for Opera or Ballet performances are available 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of the performance. Any unsold tickets for Symphonic concerts are available 1 hour prior to the start of the performance
