• Access to the auditorium is not permitted after the performance has begun. Members of the public arriving late must wait in
the foyer until the first interval before taking their seats.
• Theatre management may make changes to the season’s programme which are necessary for technical reasons or because of
force majeure.
• Management may also present other cast members. Children under the age of 6 are not admitted to the theatre.
• Special facilities are available for members of the public in wheelchairs. Please contact the box office.
• Due to technical or artistic requirements, the Teatro may replace an originally assigned seat with another, equivalent place.
• Reimbursements will be made only if a performance is cancelled and net of any commission. Requests for reimbursements
must be made in the 5 days after the performance has been cancelled, presenting the ticket and ID.
• Reimbursements are not made if a performance is replaced with another one.
• WAIVER: Patrons who forgo their season ticket during the season will not be entitled to any, even a partial, reimbursement.
Season ticket holders who do not attend performances on allotted dates are not entitled to change to another date, but will be
entitled to a special rate on a ticket on other performance dates, subject to availability.
• LOST TICKETS: Duplicates are not issued. If season tickets are lost, the holder must go in person to the box office and fill in
a form declaring the season ticket has been lost. This form must only be signed by the season ticket holder, presenting their ID.

Theatre management may make changes to season ticket performance dates and seats for technical or organisational reasons.
