  • The concerts included in the Primavera Sinfonica programming do not include an interval. Therefore, please note that access to the stalls is not permitted once the show has begun.
  • The Theater Management reserves the right to make changes to the program made necessary due to technical requirements or force majeure.
  • The Management also reserves the right to present any other cast.
  • Please note that, as a rule, children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the theater.
  • Special discounts are provided for spectators with impaired mobility in wheelchairs after contacting the ticket office.
  • The Theater, for technical or artistic reasons, reserves the right to replace the place originally assigned with another similar one.
  • IThe reimbursement is foreseen only in case of cancellation of the show and is net of any commissions. The request must be made within 5 days after the date of the canceled show, presenting the ticket and an identity document.
  • The reimbursement is not due in case of replacement or relocation of the show.

How to enter the Theater

To access the theater, the public must wear a surgical mask or higher which must be worn for the entire duration of the show and their stay within the spaces of the Manzoni Auditorium.

To enter the hall, the public must present the ticket in paper format to the Hall Staff or show the relative screen on the mobile phone screen.

Cloakroom and bar service: not provided

Capacity of the Theater

Following the Law Decree n. 52 of 22 April 2021 (Reopening Decree) and in compliance with the anti Covid-19 regulations, the maximum capacity of the Manzoni Auditorium is established at no. 500 places.

Non-transferability of tickets

Tickets are nominative and non-transferable and are valid only for the date they are combined with; in case of non-use, they are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

Promotions

The Municipal Theater reserves the right to provide promotional offers during the programming.

Audio video recordings

It is forbidden to photograph and make audio-video recordings, and mobile phones must be deactivated.

The Theater Management reserves the right to make changes to the shifts and seats reserved for technical or organizational needs

On the days of the events the box office will be open from 2 hours before until 15 minutes after the show.

Access to the hall for those already in possession of an entrance ticket is expected from one hour before the show.

  • Si ricorda che non è consentito l’accesso in platea a spettacolo iniziato, gli spettatori arrivati in ritardo dovranno aspettare in foyer il primo intervallo per raggiungere il proprio posto.
  • Si ricorda che la Direzione del Teatro si riserva il diritto di apportare al programma della stagione i cambiamenti resi necessari per esigenze tecniche o di forza maggiore.
  • La Direzione si riserva inoltre di presentare eventuali altri cast.
  • Si ricorda che, di norma, i bambini di età inferiore ai 6 anni non sono ammessi in Teatro.
  • Per spettatori con deficit motori in carrozzina sono previste particolari agevolazioni previo contatto con la biglietteria.
  • Il Teatro, per esigenze tecniche o artistiche, si riserva la possibilità di sostituire il posto originariamente assegnato con un altro analogo.
  • Il rimborso è previsto solo in caso di annullamento dello spettacolo ed è al netto di eventuali commissioni. La richiesta deve essere effettuata entro i 5 giorni successivi alla data dello spettacolo annullato, presentando il biglietto e un documento di identità.
  • Il rimborso non è dovuto in caso di sostituzione o spostamento dello spettacolo.
  • RINUNCIA: L’eventuale rinuncia all’abbonamento nel corso della stagione non comporta alcuna restituzione, anche parziale, di denaro. L’abbonato che non assiste alle rappresentazioni nelle date previste per il suo turno non ha diritto al cambio in altra data, ma gli è riconosciuto un biglietto a prezzo agevolato in altre date di recita secondo disponibilità.

  • SMARRIMENTO: Non vengono rilasciati duplicati. In caso di smarrimento delle tessere di abbonamento è necessario presentarsi personalmente presso la biglietteria e compilare l’apposito modulo di autocertificazione di smarrimento, che può essere sottoscritta esclusivamente dall’intestatario delle tessere presentando un documento di identità.
