OKSANA LYNIV MUSIC DIRECTOR OF THE TEATRO COMUNALE OF BOLOGNA
First conductor at the top of an Italian Opera-Symphonic Foundation. She will take up the position from January 2022
She was the first woman to conduct at the Wagnerian temple in Bayreuth and is now the first woman to be called to the head of an Italian Opera-Symphonic Foundation. It is Oksana Lyniv, appointed Music Director of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, with an assignment lasting three years starting from January 2022 that includes at least two operas and two concerts for each season.
